Giancarlo Lanfranchi is a devoted family man who finds joy in surfing and cycling.

He’s an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). With a background in architectural studies, Giancarlo’s real estate journey began in his family’s construction business.

Over the years, he’s channelled his passion for urban renewal into successful property development and investment ventures.

Notably, he co-founded Swish Properties, My Domain PBSA, Equites, and Leftfield Capital.

While he continues to be involved in most of these endeavours, he’s taken a step back from Equites Property Fund. Giancarlo considers himself a modest visionary, always striving for new heights, driven by his naturally engaged mindset.

He believes that the value of life isn’t measured by the breaths we take but by the moments that leave a lasting impact.

Looking ahead, Giancarlo is committed to promoting mental well-being and dedicates his time and wisdom to the MLF Foundation, where he mentors and guides young people. His goal is to inspire the next generation to achieve greatness while cherishing life’s meaningful moments.
