Degree completed as of 2023: BSc Property Studies. My name is Sindisiwe Kalumba, I was in my final year of pursuing a BSc in Property Studies when I was offered a full cost bursary by the Michel Lanfranchi Foundation (MLF) for 2022. I graduated well on 23 March 2023, and during that same year, I pursued my honours. Throughout my academic journey, I maintained consistently high performance and actively participated in property-related societies. As a dedicated and passionate young lady with an interest in the commercial property sector, MLF, blessed by God’s grace, provided me with the freedom and flexibility to access resources that allowed me to balance and enhance my academic pursuits and involvement in property-related activities seamlessly. This platform allowed me to enrich the skill set and value that I have to offer.
